Please text me when you arrive for your appt.

 1st time clients will need to fill out 1 skin health form and sign 1 consent form.  

Under 18 years of age? A parent or legal guardian is required to come to a minors 1st appointment to sign consent.

PLEASE DO NOT come in for an appointment if you have a cold sore or any type of face Dermatitis or if you are sick. You will be asked to reschedule if you have any skin conditions or skin concerns that may cause contraindications. 

If you are more then 15 minutes late for your appointment you may be asked to reschedule.

All appointments will be confirmed via text, phone call or email 1-3 days prior. If you do not confirm your appointment within 24 hours the appointment will be canceled.

SKINCARE PRODUCT RETURN POLICY~

ANY SKINCARE ITEM THAT HAS BEEN OPENED OR USED MAY NOT BE RETURNED OR REFUNDED. IF YOU DECIDED YOU WANT TO EXCHANGE AN ITEM YOU MAY DO SO FOR STORE CREDIT WITHIN 14 DAYS- AS LONG AS THE ITEM IS BRAND NEW AND IN THE ORIGINAL/ UNOPENED PACKAGING. ** IF YOU BELIEVE YOU ARE HAVING A REACTION TO A SKINCARE PRODUCT YOU PURCHASED FROM ME, PLEASE LET ME KNOW WITHIN 24 HOURS AND SUSPEND USE OF PRODUCT— IN ADDITION PLEASE SEND PHOTOS OF THE TYPE OF REACTION YOU ARE HAVING SO I CAN MAKE A NOTE ON YOUR FILE AND WE CAN DISCUSS A SOLUTION.
